Shingo stopped, his eyes sad. " ....yeah...maybe...but my father always hated me." Shingo looked up, and he looked at Shiku with sad eyes. " Even before he exiled me, he always thought of me as worthless..."

Shingo reached the cliff just as the sun rose. His eyes, clothes, and hair turned back to normal, and he walked into his house, and sat down on his bed. He held his head in hands, thinking. " Father....why do you hate me..."

The sunlight shone through Shingo's window, and turned his hair a light colour. He stood up, and walked outside, staring down at Fallen Society. He sighed, and sat down on the edge of the cliff, his wings slightly out, giving the appearance of a statue on top the cliff

Kiri walked up behind Shingo with his wings folded behind him. He looked out past Shingo, past the cliff, and past Fallen Society.

Shiku dropped onto the ledge of the cliff, wings out gently falling down. She sighed, then saw Shingo and Kiri there, " Why are you two here?" she questioned.

" I live here don't I?" Shingo replied, giving Shiku a rare smile. He had forgotten the last time he had smiled like this, probably a long time ago, when he was younger

Shingo's face was hidden in darkness. " I remember...I remember the last time I smiled like that..." he thought
-Flashback-
Shingo was in the forest in Fallen Society, he was older now, his appearence was more recognizable. He stood alone, when he heard footsteps behind him. He turned, and saw Shiku. " Shiku? What're you doing here?" he asked, still surprised that she would visit him. " What else? I came to see you." she replied. " Yeah, but tomorrow, I won't be here anymore..." he muttered. " I'm leaving Fallen Society. There's nothing left here for me." " What about me? I don't count?" " Of course you do." Shingo replied, giving Shiku a smile. He rarely smiled, there's was not much for him to smile at, until he met Shiku...

Kiri grinned widely then looked from Shingo to Shiku. "I should leave you two lovebirds alone..." he grinned at them, slipping off the cliff.
