Shiku laid down on the bed stairing at the ceiling, crossing her right leg on her left. " Yeah, so what are we going to do?" she asked boredly.

"I guess just rest here a bit. Afterall we have been through quite a bit." Kiri yawned out, his head drooping as though he was asleep.

" Yeah..." Shiku said closing her eyes, realizing that she was REALLY actually tired... Shiku's eyes snapped open, watching her hair become a normal black color losing it's usual Fallen silkyness. Her eyes were changing a dull lead like color.

Shiku blinked, her sensitive fallen ears were gone, normally if Kiri had shouted like that her ears would explode, " ... I don't know..."

"Why indeed..." Shingo shot out, leaning against the wall. He'd gotten up while Kiri was shouting at Shiku. " Kiri, no need to shout. Shiku can hear you fine, and geez, you're blasting my ear. I'm half-Fallen after all."

Shiku glanced at Shingo, " Ugh..." she moaned, following after Kiri. " It's not my fault I'm turning human, do you think I WANT to? Or that I know WHY I am?" she swiftly caught his wrist and held it with a firm grip.

Shingo sighed, he knew what Shiku was going through, considering he was half-human after all. He sat down at his desk, and opened a drawer, and pulled out a old book. He opened it, and began reading.
